Personal data protection, and cookies

This policy, which complements the General Terms of Use of the Site, specifies the processing of personal data carried out on the Site, the User’s rights regarding their data, and the cookies and trackers used on the Site, as well as the means available to the User to accept or refuse the placement of cookies.

Definitions

Site: Refers to the IFO GLOBAL website accessible at: www.IFO-GLOBAL.com

GTU: Refers to the General Terms of Use of the Site.

User: Any person browsing the Site or using one of the services offered by the Site.

The definitions provided in the GTU also apply to this Policy.

Personal Data Protection

Purpose of Data

The User’s personal data collected or processed on the Site are subject to computer processing by the Publisher for the purposes of providing the Services offered through the Site, as described in the Site’s GTU, including:

Data Processing Location

Data is processed by IFO GLOBAL and its service providers within the European Union. However, data may be transferred outside this territory under controlled conditions. These transfer rules can be provided to the User upon request to IFO GLOBAL’s Data Protection service (contact details below).

User Rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on data protection, the User has the right to access, rectify, erase (for inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or unlawfully processed data), object to, restrict processing (in cases provided by law), and data portability (in cases provided by law), as well as the right to define directives regarding the retention, erasure, and communication of their data after death.

The User can exercise their rights by contacting IFO GLOBAL’s Data Protection service by postal mail: IFO GLOBAL – Data Protection Service – 114 avenue Victor Hugo 75116 Paris. A copy of the User’s ID may be required to process the request.

The User may file a complaint with the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) online or by mail if, after contacting the Data Protection service, they believe their rights are not being respected.

Cookie Policy

A “cookie” is a sequence of information, usually small and identified by a name, that may be sent to your browser by a website you visit. Your web browser stores it for a certain period and sends it back to the web server each time you reconnect.
